Customers experience is critical. You guys cannot justify charging $5 per person for putting practice/GPS/ice. ITS PART OF THE FEES.
I have been playing golf in Las Vegas for 20 years and I have never seen somebody charge for those things individually. We were charged $5 per person two days ago adding $20 to our already expensive greens fees.
The course is beautiful although the fairways are not in very good shape. But customer service like this ensures that I will never bring friends/Business colleagues to your course again when you nickel and dime this way.
If you do not want to give the same customer service to nonmembers as you do members then make your course private.
Also no starter. We had to go back in the clubhouse to find out where we were playing. The staff in the clubhouse not customer friendly. Although when you put them in the position of delivering such a ridiculous surcharge you automatically upset the customer and they can't give good customer service if the relationship starts off on the wrong foot.
Do yourselves a favor just charge $5 more for golfing and hide the charge! Consumers aren't stupid.
