  • Beware of Fees and Lies that you will be told by the front end manager at All CARE Internal Medicine and Dr Kathleen Gerace. My husband was told he needed to pay a "$150.00 deductible" according our insurance to be seen. My insurance isn't deductible based and nothing is ever paid out of pocket. This was verified while my husband was in the office filling out yearly paperwork. I called the office and after asking multiple questions and explaining how the insurance works, I was told it was because he hasn't been in the office since 2016 as wasn't considered "established" anymore. She said she told him that information which she didn't because I was on the phone with him while he was talking to her; and it took her forever to give me that information. So the $150.00 is pocketed and then they still charge your insurance for the visit and labs if needed. The front manager was so upset that my husband had to use his "angry customer" skills to talk her off the ledge. Beyond this situation All Care Internal Medicine is a joke. You will wait forever, only see Dr. Gerace for annual visits (which she talks 95% about herself), be referred out to a specialist and have to repeat labs several times because they always make a mistake. I've been unhappy for awhile but never change because it's a pain to start fresh but sometimes it's a blessing. So thank you All Care Internal Medicine and Dr Kathleen Gerace. Also if you don't believe this review check other sites as she has horrible ratings.
