  • They do great work, but it is virtually impossible to actually get the prints, wedding albums, portraits, etc. that they promise, despite the fact that they are paid in full 2.5 YEARS ago. I have contacted them SO many times to set up a time to review my wedding pictures and organize the album and portraits that we paid for as part of my contract. They are out of town, or busy, and they just are not good about following up and making sure the clients have a completed contract package. It has been extremely frustrating.
