  • Jamie is a great guy. Communicative and honest. His prices are fair. Unfortunately, I had to take 2 stars away, the first star because I texted him photos of a job prior to him coming by to see that it was something he could do. He had come and done some work for me once prior to this. He said he could so we made arrangements to come by, when he got there he realized it wasn't something he could do but still charged me $100 just for coming by. I was pretty irked by this since we had prior communication. I get that photos don't tell the whole story but I don't feel I should have been charged for the visit since no work was done. Charging me $100 for a 15 min visit just doesn't sound like good customer service, especially after I had just been a good paying customer. I had to take another star away because Jaime responded to my review and I sent him a text because he said he'd like to discuss what happened. 6 weeks fast forward and nothing's happened. I'm really disappointed, I had high hopes for using Jaime and referring him to my clients and neighbors, sadly that won't be happening.
