  • We love PetSmart Hotel on Stephanie in Henderson. We've always taken our fur-baby, Miss Tika, to PetSmart when we're traveling or even doing Staycations. Miss Tika is quite the regular and the boarding staff takes great care of her--especially Erika who goes above & beyond making sure Tika gets set up with her usual accommodations including a suite, private play time as well as ensuring everyone knows she's on a special diet. Erika really worked her magic this past weekend: apparently when my Hubby booked Tika's stay on-line he somehow selected an atrium kennel instead of a suite. Fortunately, Erika was able to get everything sorted out as she says "we all know Tika likes to live the 'suite' life!". And when we pick up Tika she is always happy, alert and seems to have had a nice little vacation.
