  • Good staff and the best work, but you have to expect them to run at least 15 minutes behind every time... Today is 45 minutes and counting. That of course, is not inclusive of the 10 minutes in the waiting room since I showed up early. The regular staff is great, but the contracted providers are always terribly slow.
