  • Moved into Paradise Palms almost three years ago. Loved it since the day one. Great location. Quiet neighborhood with apartments that are not set right on top of one another. Close shopping and freeway access. Very clean, and well kept units. Very reasonable rent. You won't find a better deal anywhere around. Trust me because I did my homework shopping around until I found this gem. Management (Leah and Courtney) have always been sooooo friendly and helpful. And the maintenance team led by Rene does an outstanding job at responding quickly and helping us with any service requests we have made. Lived as a renter in the Biltmore area of Phoenix for more than ten years. None of the multiple complexes I have lived in compares anywhere close to the experience I've had staying at Paradise Palms. Check it out. I am sure you will be impressed as well.
