  • This place is all about money! They really never care with the patients and they lie! I came over there like months ago as a new patient since I had to change my insurance, the receptionist were not welcoming and I waited for like 10-15 min before they took care of me. Once the x-rays were done, Dr. Sophia, told me right away that I have a periodontal disease and they have to do a deep cleaning. So I said, how much will it cost? then she called the financial advisor and told me that it will be $700!!! So i asked them, I will pass on it, but i just wanted a regular cleaning for now, and they never did anything to me at all! They said they cant do anything unless I do the laser treatment they are offering for my "gum disease!" Well guess what? I just came from Gentle Dental at Rainbow today, and Dr. Kressman, a very nice dentist, told me that I have a perfect gum and teeth! No cavities or anything..just offered me to do braces but never forced me!!! The hygienist Dr. John did a very great job cleaning my teeth which took like an hour but he didn't mind! I didn't even pay for anything! Don't ever go to Stephanie Dental, they will rip you off!
