AVOID this store and ALL Best Buys!. My husband and I were in the market for a new T.V. Each time we went to Best Buy we would purchase what was recommended by a member of the staff. If it wasn't a good T.V. and we brought it back a different staff member would tell us the T.V. we were returning was a low level T.V. and to try this one instead. My husband and I went through this several times. Best Buy began to tell us it was our cable box. Then the wires we were using. Then the cable company. So we changed the box and changed the wires. Everything they said to do we did. The last try we gave them we got what a Geek Squad member recommended. He said all the other ones we tried were garbage and this one would be great. When we got the T.V. an advisement popped up on the credit card pad. The male agent turned the screen around, hit a button (accept apparently) then scribbled something. I asked what it was and he said it was something about no more returns being authorized. I asked if I should be concerned and told my husband we shouldn't get the T.V. The agent said not to worry about it. His manager came over and she said not to worry about it and told the agent to write down my name and give it to her in case there was a problem. Well, today there was a problem. I tried returning a Fitbit and they said the return had been declined. The Geek Squad agent denied what he did and said and so did his manager. I was livid and was more upset by the both of them lying than I was about being stuck with a product I didn't want. SO THERE YOU HAVE IT. A COMPANY AND STORE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE LIARS AND APPARENTLY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I am now stuck with a gift card which I had to fight for and lost over $14 of what I paid because I had to accept the sale price. I am giving the gift card away as I refuse to own any product purchased at Best Buy.
