  • Not sure what happened but it looks like Ritz really took a dive on food quality. What was once a mediocre Jerk chicken plate has become pretty disappointing. Ordered the large jerk and got a portion of fried chicken on the side, and the meat didn't even resemble any part of the chicken. Just little bone-in overcooked knubs. Definitely on the no-go list moving forward.
