  • I went to this dentist on a groupon. For some history, although I am now retired, in my younger years, I worked my way through college by working in orthodontics for several years. I am familiar with teeth and sterile technique. I was looked at by a hygienist. Radiographs were taken. Then the dentist came in and "examined"me. I was told that I needed a "deep cleaning" and a one surface resin restoration. I was told that AFTER the deep cleaning, $824 with 20% discount $659, I could then return six weeks later for the Groupon cleaning. Is he kidding? I pay $659 and the teeth are NOT clean and require the Groupon use after six weeks?. I went to the Midwestern Dental School this week. No mention of a Deep cleaning needed. I paid $47.00 for the cleaning and will return to the school for the resin restoration, actually two are needed. The school is meticulous with their sterility! Additionally, the light handles at Dr.Brannon's office were not covered with plastic. Their gloved hands are in your mouth and then the handles are touched to adjust the light, with blood or saliva from the previous patient on the handles. Dr Brannon did not have a mask on either. I need an office that uses sterile technique and that is honest in their dental assessment. This office is neither.
