  • We've been renters for many years, sometimes dealing with property management companies that provided less than good service, but we have now found the diamond of all !! We have had the pleasure of renting through RPMLV for the past 2 years and have signed a lease for an additional 2 years (hopefully with many years to come). When any maintenance problems have arisen, a quick maintenance request on their easy to use smart phone portal and service is provided in a flash. Our property manager, Sandra Carter, has provided unbelievable customer service. A call to her is promptly returned and a solution to any situation resolved. Another service provided by RPMLV is the inspection every 3 months. Their inspector, Tony Carson, checks everything to ensure that no item goes unnoticed and is taken care of promptly. Renting through RPM is better than owning a home. We turn the key and worry about nothing else !! Thank you RPMLV and Sandra !! You're the best there is !!!!
