  • I've been a patient of Dr. Kara's for over 10 years and he's an excellent physician. He never makes me feel rushed, listens to my concerns, and involves me in the development of my care plan. After years of feeling infantilized and patronized by doctors I am very happy with his approach to patient care. I need to give a shout out to nurse Helen as well. She's personable, professional, and makes me feel taken care of. She's lovely. I see a lot of frustration on here about wait times, this is an unfortunate reality for walk-in patients in the downtown core. As a registered patient I am fortunate to rarely wait more than 10 min when I come in for a booked appointment.
