  • We purchased six dining room chairs and were assured because they were sight unseen by the sales person that they would work with us if things weren't to our satisfaction. We also were sure that the measurements were of adequate use for a dining room table and I had given them my dining room table dimensions. When the chairs arrived it was apparent that the chairs seemed a little low to accommodate the dining room table . My husband spoke to Greg the VP of the company and explained the chairs were too low and did not coincide the table height. Greg was more than accommodating to help resolve our issues and offered to exchange the chairs for chairs that would be visually appealing and functional. Luckily, they have a large variety of brands and chairs that will fit our needs and are able to resolve our problem. We are grateful that they have been able to resolve our issues with no hassles.
