  • Been here maybe 10 times. Until today, it was fine. Today the nail tech took my already-shaped nails, and filed them so crooked it wasn't fixable. She wouldn't leave them alone even after I complained and the manager was going to have someone else file them. The manager was friendly and apologetic but I went from anticipating a relaxing manicure to aggravated at incompetence. I left before anything worse could happen. Got home and had to cut them down to nothing to get rid of the damage.
