Did an over the phone order. Went to pick up, and it was really busy. The waitress/bartender had brought out a to go order and I thought I might free her hands and let her know it may be my order she had.
She then gets attitude and says, " Well, it's not, and who are you and what did you order?" She then realized how she acted and came over to apologize.
Waiting, they told me they didn't put the phone order in. So, I waited for my order. The other waitress was really gracious and apologetic. Word of advice: A lot of your customers see if you're busy and stressed, don't hang your attitude up on those who are patient.
