I have a love hate relationship with this T&T.
Parking is a pain - the place is always busy and I usually end up parking really far away. Much needed exercise I guess since I end up buying a lot of food from here.
The service and wait times during check out is at times bothersome and frustrating.
They have a rewards system now (FINALLY). It's not the best since they limit the types of items you can exchange with your points as opposed to the PC points where you can exchange it for a deduction on your groceries. I've gotten mixed messages where they only take the rewards card if your purchase is over $25. And other times they took it when I only had a $5 purchase.
The hot foods and sushi section have nice deals after 9pm, that is if you are comfortable with food that has been sitting around for awhile. I never got sick from their food - I think my stomach is a tank sometimes.
On weekends you can get a bowl of congee or soy milk with any dim sum purchase before 10:30am! The lines get really long so be sure to get there early for this special.
Another thing I noticed is the $1 items near the produce aisle, you can get some pretty fresh fruit and vegetables! They sometimes do a sweep of the produce on Wednesdays to ensure their stock on the shelves are fresh - seen inspectors around so it is a great time to get the $1 items.
