For one hot horrid summer I had a board job while at Ohio University. Guys had to work in a 100 plus degree dish room. Usually I unloaded the room size dish washer and stacked the sterilized plates and glasses. At times I worked first position which meant scraping the leftovers into a disposal. Had I the foresight I could have scraped all the leftovers onto a tortilla and called it a Chipotle burrito.
I went to this particular location thinking the popularity of this chain must mean something good. Once more I find the masses are asses. McDonald's divested its ownership of this chain which says a lot.
