  • I'm very sorry to say that I didn't even visit this location and I already had a bad experience. I called this morning at 10:15 am and the answering machine service said that no one was available to answer my call and for me to leave my number and a message and somebody will call me back... well it's 3:57 in the afternoon and no one has called me. I wanted to make an appointment for a 90 minute massage for tomorrow because I looked in their website and their prices are affordable, but obviously they don't want my business. I'm not saying that all locations are the same but this is the experience I had with the one on Durango. I'm now looking for another spa to go get my massage. By the way I'm giving them one start because I can't continue with my review unless I do that.
