  • The Bahama Rama Mama is delicious and refreshing but the Customer Service is terrible! I visited the location on Warner/Cooper twice this week and the kids behind the counter were more concerned with talking to each other and laughing than serving their customers. I'll go out of my way to visit a different location to avoid waiting 15 minutes for a shaved ice when the place is empty. I'm highly disappointed and recommend management find better help. After 2 bad visits, I'll take my business to a different location but the shaved ice is amazing so I'm not giving it up all together.
