  • Go anywhere but this place. For $200 he did not give me or let me know that I needed a new cord. He put a new hose on but broke the casing for it. I can only turn off my vacuum using the switch if the rug attachment is on. Our vacuum is a Sears Kenmore, 20 years old and I wanted to fix it rather than replace it and I wanted to support local business. Clearly the owner and I were on two different pages.
