  • The good: GREAT atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, free WIFI, local pastries and desserts, 5 star customer service, free jazz and game nights on weekends, late hours. The less good: Not my favorite roast, baristas could use more training (had about 50/50 ratio of botched drinks), somewhat slow. I love Goldbar for the atmosphere, late hours, and AMAZING customer service! The owner remembers you by name and the baristas are always friendly and smiling. You can tell they have a great time at work :) They also allow gatherings (I hosted a small art meetup group here and they loved it!). Lots of seating and free WIFI and board games. Even though the roaster they use is not my favorite, and I often have to get my drinks remade or corrected if they are anything other than a simple latte, mocha, etc, I will come back just because of the great customer service!
