  • I've been here twice, and the service was terrible both times. The first time, I went in just to get my eyebrows waxed. They didn't give me a wait time when I gave gem my name, so I assumed it wasn't that long. After 20 minutes, I asked how long the wait was. The woman told me 30-45 minutes. She should've mentioned the long wait when I spoke to her the first time. By the end of the visit, I'd waited almost an hour to get a 5 minute wax. The second time, she again didn't offer a wait time upon my entering so I asked. She told me the wait was 10-15 minutes. She also told the woman who'd come in just before me that the wait was 10-15 minutes (I know because I asked the other customer). Turns out she lied to both of us since the woman before me wasnt seen for half an hour, and I am still waiting in the lobby after 40 minutes. I would not ever recommended this location. Too much dishonesty.
