  • Very impressed with the specific staff member and the excellent selection of phones and accessories. " Z" was the sales person that was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did a super job. I'd highly recommend the sales person, "Z." I went back two days later to purchase a Samsung accessory and was told by the Greeter that she did not know much about the accessory but someone else would help me. There were two customers ahead of me. After waiting THIRTY minutes the Greeter came out with a piece of paper reading me how to get online with Samsung to order the accessory. They would not sell me the item on their shelf. What a waste of my time!! Bottom line. Be aware of the levels of competence versus incompetence!
