I initially called about a car I had found while shopping around and spoke with Jerry. I told him my budget, ideal criteria, and financing goals. He worked with me without any pushback, took my info, and his manager, Shawn, called back shortly after.
Shawn told me that the car I had seen had already been sold, but quickly came up with alternatives in the same price and style range. We discussed my financing desires in more detail and he worked within them.
One of the things that sold me on using United Nissan was that Shawn was willing to send someone to pick me up since my car had died. As it turned out I could take advantage of a auto club membership tow and ride in with the old car. Even though I had told Shawn in advance that the car was not drivable they still took it for a minimal trade of $500, and no, I do not feel they simply jacked the price since we had talked about that before.
I eventually bought the car that Shawn felt best suited what I wanted and was extremely pleased with the whole process.
