  • Extremely rude staff. We went to buy a bike, and when we approached three of the staff members who were standing around talking to each other, they got irritated when we asked for help. Brad, the one who apparently drew the short straw and made no effort to hide how annoyed he was, did nothing but roll his eyes at every question we asked. When we asked if my sister could try one of the bikes, he told her that if she fit one bike she would fit them all. He told us they didn't assemble bikes there, and that we should just go shop at the bike store down the road. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.
