  • Worst place I ever lived. Faulty wiring in the dining room light fixture that was never repaired. Looked like it had caught on fire. Mark never repaired it or had a professional fix it. I showed it to him and management 3 times. In October was never fixed. The oven was dirty when I moved in. Pee and grease stains on carpeting. Scorpions in the kitchen and on the patio. Bad, loud upstairs neighbor with no carpeting and 9 cats that left vomit and feces and ticks and hair balls on my patio. Crickets because of poor drip system that kept flooding areas. Patio doors were installed backwards so you couldn't put a security stick in the slider because it was outside instead of in. Clothing stolen from the laundry room. Broken useless laundry basket for over 100 apartments. Broken washing machines always! Rated F-
