  • Well, time to find a new company to service my air conditioner. They give you a two hour window, but do not show up. I guess their business is more important than mine. When 11:00 came and went, I called and talked to Rosie, the manager in charge of scheduling. She told me that the tech was on his way, yes he is running a bit late. When I pressed the issue she then apologized. It's a shame because I think the techs are actually pretty good. I have gotten great service in the past. So, if you have the time to sit around waiting, then go with Brewers. If you have a life, you should probably consider an alternative.
