  • I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with quality and service in my life. I had to be out of town for my mom's birthday and I wanted to make sure she got something great on her birthday to surprise her. I figured spending $120.00 I'd get something nice. I order 5 balloons as well and we discussed colors but as u can see in the picture my mom never received them. When I called they said there is no balloons on the order. So I paid $120 for that? Wow! The picture shows roses. There is not one single rose in my mom's arrangement. The flowers were burned upon arrival and they didn't want to give me a refund. The owner wouldn't even talk to us. The only hope is that we called our credit card company and submitted all the facts and pictures that day for a full refund. I would never use this place again nor do I get how they are in business. The card even has 2 typos. And mom is a typo that shouldn't have happened. Her birthday was ruined. And I'm out $120.00. I wish I could give them 0 stars. If they have any good reviews it's from friends or employees. This place is awful. EDIT: In response to Ellen replying to me by burnt flowers I mean exactly what is shown on the pictures I posted. All the greenery was sent out burnt, dried out. And I'm pretty sure that everyone will agree that is no where near $120 arrangement. You still have yet to offer a replacement or a refund of any sort.
