Searsucker has been a the best overall addition to the Caesars restaurant line-up in years. In both visits, we have opted for appetizers and sides to sample its cuisine.
Flavors here are extraordinary. Best brussels side of any restaurant anywhere and ive had it everywhere. The corn n chorizo side is also stellar rich in citrus flavor. The sliders we ordered was piping burning hot when we bit into them, rich in flame grilled flavor and a nicer portion than at Spago. Both salads were first rate. Loved the lemony zest of the Caesar without thr garlic overkill and the Pear & walnut salad was taken up a notch with the whipped goat cheese garnish
The Calamari was just ok. Liked the asian twist and apples. Would have liked it better served traditionally cut thin in rings and tentacles.
Friendly service at the bar and s'mores dessert was killer good. One day ill get around to ordering an entree. In the meantime, im hopeful Searsucker becomes a Caesars fixture for a long time to come.
