  • I called Sprint earlier on the phone to convert me to a $90 unlimited data plan. She told me to go to a Sprint store to activate my current phones but didn't tell me that I was required to lease one of my phones for the deal. Additionally, the staff at this store did not tell me up front about another $85 in activation fees and kept blaming things on Sprint corporate. I walked out. I was ready to leave "the big Red" but Sprint screwed it up.
