I know that I left an earlier review. However my daughter mentioned something that I should have added. I have a handicap son he's 37 he lives with me and he goes in to Dr. Cook's office to get his teeth cleaned four times a year. They always accommodate him moving their chair out of the way and letting his wheelchair in there the gals have him so comfortable that my son is not afraid of the dentist at all. He opens his mouth wide even though he has cerebral palsy he has no problem going to the dentist. I recently changed him to another dentist because their insurance plan didn't cover him, and I gave them two different times to clean his teeth. They did a horrible job, the time that was spent on him was maybe 15 minutes to do a teeth cleaning. And I know that it takes more than that and it takes work to get it done but at Dr. Cook's office Lance has maybe had One cavity in maybe 10 years. So I brought him back to Dr. Cook's office, I figure the amount of money that I spend there is well worth the great cleaning that he is given and him not having to go through more work of having cavities done. So for all you parents out there with special needs children I highly recommend him
