Had a service appointment at noon, left work early and everything. On my way to the appt they called me 5 minutes before noon to tell me that they would need me to leave my car overnight or else I needed to reschedule for an earlier time a different day. I asked them why hadn't they told me that the day before or else I would of scheduled an earlier time or a different day since I need my car for work.
I think it's very unprofessional to call someone 5 minutes before they're appt as they are already on their way to make adjustments or inconvenience them. The lady on the phone also snapped back at me when I asked why didn't they tell me that when I made my appt and she just said "well I just got the email that's why".... I never rescheduled and told them I would go somewhere else. Sanderson Lincoln took care of me way better and much nicer customer service.
