  • This is a horrible branch. We used to enjoy banking here. However, our accounts have been compromised several times. The staff is very rude. They once asked me pressing questions about some minority religious holiday, implying that I fit that group. I was very offended by any mention of religion at a bank, or anywhere for that matter. Then, on another occasion, they pressed me on how I was feeling, and I didn't respond. The clerk was angry and questioned why I didn't respond. When I noted I just want to do my banking she barked at me and accused me of being rude-they are the rude ones. I never raised my voice, nor cursed, nor name-called. They told me that I am no longer welcome because of that-well I'll open an account somewhere else more hospitable and customer service oriented. What a terrible experience!
