I have questions about my bill since we installed solar panels last fall. I called their main number, was busy so left my phone number for a call back. Got one in less than 10 minutes but customer service rep "not trained for answering questions about this" and transferred me to the "Green Team."
I was on hold for 37 minutes before being disconnected. Called back and it has been 1 hour 10 minutes on hold and I have still not yet spoken to a live person. This is beyond aggravating and the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. They do not have the option of leaving a number to be called back and there is NO EMAIL to send a message with my questions. I just can NOT believe this!! They need more trained CSRs to answer client calls!!!
Heck, they just got a 'raise' through to charge more but they can't talk to the people they service??!!! What is the matter with them????
Solar is NOT going to go away, they need to learn to deal with those of us who have panels and need questions answered about how the monthly bill is constructed!
