  • So I have been renovating my parents place for them for the past 2 years (my personal project as I have lived in the same place for 28 years now) and I have been coming back here all the time! This particular HD is one of the most successful ones in Canada according to an employee in the rental dept. and I can see why. Although sometimes there's never a helping hand to give you assistance when you need it but that's pretty much anywhere you go these days. As I am a handyman I love just walking around looking at new products and/or tools (especially the HILTI ones in the rental area). They hold the occasional "workshops" here but it's really an info seminar to teach you the basics of the themed session. Overall this is a fun hardware store to just look around and bask in its handiness.
