I recently had to find a new doctor due to my company's change in network providers. My first visit to Dr Rubbelke's office was yesterday; what a wonderful experience! The entire staff was focused on truly communicating with their patients from the moment they (we) walked in the door to when leaving. From the standpoint of a new customer, it was refreshing and comforting to see this synergy amongst the office personnel and their friends, the patients. Dr. Rubbelke set the tone with the time he spends with his patients, listening and giving kind and thoughtful advice. The framed sign in the exam room, I feel, best summed up the experience: "Patients are never an interruption to my work. - They are my business." I felt this was the firmly-believed motto of every one of Dr. Rubbelke's team I met yesterday.
