  • I moved about a year ago from Tempe to North Scottsdale, and found the drive to the Chandler clinic was too much for me. I was a bit apprehensive about my first appointment, as I didn't know the clinic or the aesthetician who would be helping me. The minute I walked through the door at the Scottsdale clinic, all my worries when to the wayside. The customer service is fabulous, and I especially love my aesthetician, Dawn. She is amazing! She always makes sure I'm getting the results I want, and is constantly checking in during our session to make sure I am comfortable. I also love that she makes herself personally available to her clients. Instead of having to call the general 1-800 line to make or change appointments, Dawn gave me her direct line so I could contact her- which I love! it makes things so much easier to schedule my appointments directly with her, since I'm doing full face hair removal which only takes 5-10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this branch of Simplicity Laser- I have had a very positive experience with the Scottsdale clinic- and Dawn- for about a year.
