  • O rating-ordered $3,000 worth of furniture-sofa had 2 stains- ottoman had tear-2 pillows missing-padding on arms of sofa and chair lumpy. Called and was told we could have it replaced or go to the store and pick something else out-went to the store didn't find anything in our price range told them we would like the sofa replaced- they sent their SUPPOSEDLY TOP REPAIR GUY, hahahah yes he made the stain worse and bigger-called back asked them to replace it we were told no they will send the guy back out with new padding and material to rebuild it, OMG they want to make a furniture factory in my livingroom, NO not happening. Still no word on the ottoman that was supposedly on order to be replaced or the 2 missing pillows. Went into the store to talk to manager, would not give name and number said he would call us, nope no call back.Going to file with BBB get my money back-I would recommend to everyone Do not waste your hard earned money!
