  • We could not be more pleased-only wish we had contacted Rob years ago. He called us back immediately and I hadn't even left him a message! He called us three times with updates on the day of arrival (today). He is extremely professional, took his time and was so pleasant to deal with. He left us with a super clean carpet, booties for us to wear, helped us move the couch to clean all around and under it, left us a bottle of stain remover and pet odor/urine treatment for free. Highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed! Update: we had a new pet stain issue just days after Rob cleaned our carpets and he answered my phone message for "help" right away. Then, last week, he worked us in quickly for an emergency treatment in our family room. We are very thankful he cares and to have found him on Yelp!
