  • We recently had our boat serviced, so thought I'd add an update. Impeller and gear-oil change, along with shift cable and control cable replacement. We made an appointment about a month in advance and dropped the boat off. Total time for the work to be completed was approximately 6-1/2 business days, and we were happy with that turn-around time. Communication with staff was excellent, and the work was performed properly - Just had it at Saguaro Lake yesterday (6/9/13), and it ran perfectly. My only "complaint" was that the boat was dirty after we got it back - There was grease on some of the upholstery, as well as on a couple of areas of the carpeting. This required a good amount of time for me to clean off. More of an annoyance than anything, but worth taking note of if you have a new-ish or very expensive watercraft that is going to be serviced there. Other than that, a positive experience overall. We will be back.
