Makes you forget you're in Vegas. This place is never over crowded. The staff is very polite & helpful and good to check in with before you hit the trail. They have an indoor eating area with bathrooms, which is perfect for pre-hike picnics. The pathways are mostly cement with no incline. Lots of wildlife to see such as: birds, turtles, fish, waterfowl, raccoons & beavers. You can even sign up for special after hours night hikes. The last time I went it was on the night of the super moon , which was awesome. It gives you a chance to see nocturnal wildlife. They offer a lot of activities for kids. The air conditioned nature center exhibit is really fun to check out with the little ones. It's worth the trip.
