  • I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience at Skin by design. I went with a voucher for ILP. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was a little nervous. I have received poor attention and service from spa-like places before especially when good with a groupon or another type of voucher. Renay was great. She is so friendly, patient and respectful. She takes the time to make you feel at ease and explains the treatment and what she is doing. The results were great as well. I will definitely be going back! I can't believe how fun and comfortable having lasers pointed at your face can be. This place is a real gem!
