  • I went in for a deluxe pedi, came out with a cosmetology school pedi. I paid almost $40 for the shittiest pedicure I've ever had in my entire life. I had to tell the lady she painted my cuticles and she proceeded to " fix ". I was envious of the lady next to me who's pedicure looked like a dream come true. I can't believe I have to go get another pedicure today after spending 45 minutes in a chair yesterday. Unfortunately for them I am excellent customer, I tip big & I refer all of my clients to good service industry pros. I will never go back to this salon & of course I'm going to tell my story 100 times - because that is the end result of poor service.
