  • I'm very surprised by the other reviews here and I have been going to this office and seeing Dr. Covington for 13 or 14 years. I get cleanings 3 times a year and have had other procedures. In that time I have only been seen after my scheduled appointment time once. The ladies in the front - Joyce, Kelly and Marie welcome everyone with a smile and after a couple visits they remember little things about you to ask about. I will say they are my favorite part of the office because walking into them treating you is like going to your favorite aunts house; however, I have found all of the staff to be genial, friendly and polite. The office is clean, reception is large has a TV and a children's play area. I've never once felt that they were trying to take advantage of me and always get a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss on my way out. My hygienist has a little neck pillow with a personal cover to make sure your neck is comfy and if a little splash of water gets on you, she will gently wipe it off with cotton as she apologizes. Dr. Always smells good (especially) in the breath area which is nice since he is so close to your face. He too will engage in as much conversation as he can whilst he has hands in your mouth but he has good stories. Everyone has always been great in the office and I felt that I've gotten excellent care. Head there and check it out for yourself - I'm sure you'll be happy you did.
