  • I had high expectations for this place. Went in for a fill & I had 2 broken nails that needed to be replaced. David serviced me. He was very kind & patient with me. I am extremely knit picky when it comes to my nails. David was not insulted or irritated when I commented on something I did not like which is a quality I can appreciate about his service. THE FOLLOWING DAY(Note: Not even a full 24 hours) the tip on one nail broke off & the other nail popped off entirely! These were the 2 new nails he had replaced & supposedly fixed!!!! I went back to the shop thinking I was going to be compensated for the inconvenience but they reflected it all back on me & insisted it was my fault. Let me tell you something folks, if it were my fault I would have no problem paying the $3 per broken nail fee, but I am not the culprit!! It had to do with his technique and application of the tip(s) and the acrylic. Anyway, I will leave 2 stars because I am IN LOVE with the nail color. It's so cute! However, I will not be returning!!!!!!
