  • There is no lower rating for an initial appointment I made with Matt and he was a no show with no call and no response to my message. I tried calling 30 minutes after the appointment and when Matt heard my voice he hung up and would not answer when I kept calling. I left the owner Gary a message and have not heard back five days later. This is unacceptable and indicative of the poor reviews on the way this business operates.
