  • I came in after driving distractedly over a median- flattening my tire and making a large dent in the wheel. Ken greeted us at the door and was helpful and personable from the beginning until the end. He assessed the damages and was honest and straightforward about my options. He gave me an accurate price quote and sent me on my way with confidence. It did take a bit longer than expected, but only because my wheel needed to be sent out to be repaired, which was ultimately out of this stores control anyway. Ken personally kept me updated throughout the process. When I was able to go and pick up my car, I managed to get out with a bill of about $300, which I thought was more than fair for a new tire and installation, wheel repair, wheel alignment, an oil and filter change, and a complimentary vehicle inspection. I am not someone who knows very much about cars but I certainly felt like I could trust these people to do the job right and not rip me off. Almost a month later my car is running spectacularly and I have not had a single issue. I will undoubtedly be coming back to Superior Tire for all future car maintenance.
