  • We visited this dealership to purchase a Ford truck. We were going to trade in a Mercedes GL-450 we purchased from the Felix Sabates Mercedes dealership less than a year before. The offer on our trade in was only 52% of what we paid for the vehicle 12 months previously. This was way out of line with the Kelly Blue Book value. They sent this over via email by the way--no calls. I emailed the salesman back and told them how unacceptable this was and asked for an explanation. I received no response back from him. Nothing. The salesman's name is SHANE HARRISON. He isn't very well spoken so that was distracting and he kept us mostly sitting around for an hour and half. A complete waste of time. Those commercials where Felix speaks about how he learned integrity from his father and believes in treating people fairly are detached from reality and simply not true. In my view, he personifies everything bad you hear about car dealers.
