  • There has been a change in front office staff and I must say that it needs improvement. I was billed more than what I was originally told, twice. I had no idea that my appointment was only 30mins. The doctor kept asking questions so I answered. I was done a few minutes shortly of an hour and...SURPRISE! I got $50 added to my bill. I didn't realize it's my responsibility to keep watch of the time. This was an unpleasant experience. I don't see myself returning or recommending anyone to this office.
